CARE for Children is seeking independent contractors to provide per diem Physical Therapy- Early Intervention services for children birth to age 3 in Eldred, Smethport and Port Allegany, PA. Approximately 5-15 hours per week with the ability to determine availability and schedule. The PTs will have the opportunity to collaborate with other therapists and service providers.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP)
• Writing timely and clinically appropriate session notes/ reports
• Entering notes/ billing into EMR System
• Independent completion of pre-service training and ongoing yearly training as required

Qualifications: Pediatric experience preferred. A current PA license, clearances and professional liability insurance required.
