Rainbow Corner Preschool

CARE for Children Rainbow Corner Preschool registration begins on Monday, March 10, 2025.

Registration forms are posted below.  Completed forms and the registration fee can be returned by mail to CARE for Children, P.O. Box 616, Bradford, PA 16701, dropped off to the office at the Ashley Booth Griffin CARE for Children Center, or placed in the mailbox next to the front door after hours.   

Please note, enrollment is not complete until the registration fee is paid. Please include the registration fee (cash or a check made payable to CARE for Children) with your completed forms.
